RFQ | Design-Build Services - Spay/Neuter Clinic

Pitt County, NC, is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Design-Build Contractors to provide the planning, design, permitting, and construction of a new approximately 1,600-square-foot spay/neuter clinic located at 4550 County Home Road, Greenville, North Carolina.

The County has established a project budget of $550,000 for the project. The County anticipates proceeding with the project upon selection and contract execution with the successful Design-Build Contractor, with substantial completion expected no later than December 2027.
